Frequently asked questions
Answers to what usually comes up first before a project.
How much does an automation cost?
That depends on the workflow, the connected systems and the scope. After a short first call you get a transparent estimate of effort and cost.
Is it worth it for small businesses?
Often yes, especially there. If a workflow costs several hours of manual work every week, automation usually pays for itself within a few months. In the first call I tell you honestly whether your case is worth it.
Which systems can be connected?
Microsoft 365 is the best starting point: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Forms connect directly. Depending on the case, other tools, databases or APIs can be added.
Which licenses are required?
Standard connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel are usually already included in Microsoft 365. Dataverse, premium connectors and standalone apps need additional licenses. We clarify what is needed up front.
What do you need from my side?
A Microsoft 365 tenant, a separate service account for production flows and one contact person who knows the process. We work out everything else together.
Can my team adapt the solution later?
Yes. Handover includes an introduction and documentation of the key steps. Simple changes stay with you, and I support larger extensions whenever needed.
